K-12 and College Groups

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

The Museum has begun a major expansion and renovation project that will make our campus more accessible and welcoming to all. Due to construction during the 2023-2024 school year, all regular permanent-collection galleries will be closed. We welcome you to visit our Museum’s website to ensure the exhibition you intend your students to see will be open at the time of your visit. Please note there are no lunchroom facilities during construction.

GUIDED TOURS AVAILABLE:

We are thrilled to launch a new, guided K-12 tour program this fall. College and graduate student Learning Guides will be available to facilitate K-12 visits on Fridays between 10:15 and 1:15 at no charge. Thank you in advance for learning with us and providing feedback as we pilot and develop this new program. Self Guided class visits will continue to be offered on Fridays after 1:00 and all day on Thursdays and weekends. Please find additional information at K-12 & College Visits. Due to the limited gallery space and capacity guidelines, your group size  must be kept at 48 students or less per hour.

REQUESTING A TOUR:

To request a tour, please select a date and time below and follow the prompts to enter your group information. Tour reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Times fill up quickly, those times with the red reserve button next to it are ready for you to reserve. All other times that are listed as unavailable are fully booked. K-12 GROUPS:

Teachers, chaperones and aides receive FREE admission with advanced registration. The reservation system requires a 1:6 adult to student ratio for school visits. We understand that it is not always possible to meet that requirement. Please leave a note if you have fewer adults in your group. 

COLLEGE GROUPS:

College groups receive discounted admission of $5 per student with advanced registration or FREE admission for College Student Pass Holders
